Yes there might be a problem, because your name, DoB and school name should be clearly visible on your marksheet and if only grades are being shown their then it would be an issue so in correction window if you get a chance you should change it and upload only after compressing it to the prescribed size.

So upload it after compressing it to the above prescribed size.

If you want to make any correction in your NEET UG 2022 Application form then you can do so during the NEET correction window which will be live once the application process gets concluded i.e. after May 15th,2022 and you can follow the given steps to make correction in it :-
** Visit the official site of NEET and click on the button saying' Correction in NEET UG 2022 Application form'.
** Now login using your login credentials.
** Edit/delete/modify the details whichever required in NEET 2022 application form.
** After making corrections just click on 'Preview and Submit' and then preview your form if it does not require further modification then just submit it.
** Now you will get an OTP on your registered mobile number and e-mail, just enter it and your correction will be submitted.
** Now take the print out of your NEET correction slip for future references.
