• Current electricity ( very important)
• Magnetism
• Atoms and nuclei
• Semiconductors
• Dual properties of matter

In chemistry

• Whole organic chemistry ( don't forget polymer , chemistry in every day & biomolecules )
• P block , s block , d & f block
• Electrochemistry
• Chemical kinetics
• Chemical & ionic equilibrium
• Liquid state
• Mole concept

In biology you have to master both 11th and 12th ncert as most of the questions will be from ncert . If you are aiming for a government medical seat then you have to memorize every line of the ncert biology.
