Eswar, when you choose any other Language except English as the language of question paper, you will be given the Question paper in that language and also in English. For example, in your case, if you have chosen Telugu as the language of the Exam Paper in NEET, you will be asked questions in both Telugu and English.

Hi

Neet examination is conducted in following languages

*Assamese
*Bengali
*English
*Gujarati
*Hindi
*Kannada
*Marathi
*Oriya
*Tamil
*Telugu
*Urdu

If one select any language other than English as the medium for NEET examination then he gets neet question paper in both the language i.e selected by him and English

So, if you have selected Telugu as the medium of your neet examination then you will get your neet question paper in both Telugu and English

Thankyou
