First of all wish you all the best for your exam and jeans are not allowed in neet exam further for dress code in NEET 2020 you have to wear half sleeve t- shirts/shirts/kurta , long sleeves and fancy sleeves clothing is not permitted . Your clothing should be simple  should not have elaborate embroidery, buttons, frills, etc. Rest you should not wear any metallic / non-metallic  jewelry . Shoes and boots are not allowed only simple slippers are allowed . Beside this as you know pandemic is going on so you have to also wear mask which is covering your nose and mouth and a transparent water bottle with them, water dispenser facility has been discontinued as a preventive measure  and  a 50 ml bottle of hand sanitiser on the exam day and also a gloves .

No, Jeans are not allowed to wear to NEET examination centre, the dress code for girls for NEET exam is as follows:

1. It is mandatory to wear a mask and gloves as per covid-19 safety guidelines to neet examination centre.

2. Do not wear any clothes with embroidery, flowers, brooches or buttons, As all such kind of clothes are prohibited to the examination centre of neet.

3. Full arm clothes are not allowed, only wear half sleeve clothes to the examination centre.

4. Do not wear high heels for thick sole shoes, opt for sandals or slippers with low heel.

5. Avoid wearing any kind of jewellery like rings, pendant, necklace, bracelet, earring, nose pin, aur any other metallic thing.

If it is for neet or jee , girls  can wear jeans .  In NEET exam dress code 2020, it is specified that they can wear half-sleeve clothes with low heel sandals. You are not allowed to wear brooch, flowers, badge, or jeans. Ornaments are not at all preferable for females in the examination hall.
