in neet form phase 2 askingfor 11 qualifications I failed but I promoted in school I was passed in 3-4/5subject so I passed so I don't need to give the reexam I promoted I don't have marksheet not I remember marks nor I remember percentage ???? so what I will do it's create problem I pass 12 in 2018

Here is the eligibility criteria for NEET exam-


  • Candidate must secure minimum of 50% aggregate in 10 + 2 higher secondary education from a recognized college/ university.
  • The subjects in 10 + 2 higher secondary must be physics, chemistry and biology

Moreover 11th standard marks and certificates are required during the form filling procedure and also during the admission process. If any document is missing you will not be able to take the admission and  disqualified for further process.

Hence i suggest you to try getting your certificate from college so that it doesn't become difficult for you in future.
