in neet phase two registration I have given my qualifying exam code for 10th as 10th or equivalent 11th as 11th or equivalent but for 12th it is given as code O2. please tell me if all this information is correct.

It's seems you have provided all the information correctly.

Candidates only get confused with qualifying code for 12th. If you have already passed your 12th standard exam and you have your results then you have to fill the code2. Even if you are dropper or repeater students and haven't joined any other courses you should fill the code2 only.

Code1 is for the candidates whose appearing for 12th standard exam or had given the exam but waiting for the results.

So if you have passed and got your 12th standard results then I think you have mentioned all your information correctly and you don't need to be worried.
