Hey. According to the new moderation policy of CBSE, Checking will be lenient and students will be passed intentionally if they fell short of passing marks by few marks. But for the bad , students scoring above 85 will face serious checking as CBSE aims to reduce 90% + scoring students and hence bring cut-off down. Hope this helps. All the best.
