i think you forgot to mention name of the college you are interested in. you can try following colleges with this rank and category:

Shershah College of Engineering, Sasaram
Katihar College of Engineering, Katihar
Saharsa College of Engineering, Saharsa
Supaul College of Engineering, Supaul
