Well, it depends upon the type of counseling that you're applying. If you're applying for Josaa counseling, then the participating colleges are NITs, IIITs, and some other GFTIs. But generally, the state counseling involves all the government engineering colleges along with most of the private colleges. Well, you may check the participating institutes in the online portal of the respective states for the state counseling.
