In our state compulsorily we have to choose pcmb for science field ,but i want to crack neet so therefore , is it okay if we give less preferance for math then ?

It is Ok if you give less preference to maths but at least get passing marks if you aim at cracking NEET UG in future. But, think it this way- if you pay equal attention to both maths and physics along with Physics and chemistry you will have ample of career options in future related to both the streams. So, don't take any subject for granted or consider less important. Just study properly. You will see the benefit in future.
