Average packages increase YOY and it depends on which college you join and what is your profile plus workex. Generally 10-15 lakhs is the Range. Which increases YOY with increase in workex and better growth opportunities.

Yes,HR in MBA will be one of the most demanding jobs in upcoming times.But sadly it hasn't gained that much popularity yet.But in coming times companies will search HRs for sure.Currently the average package is 6-8 lakhs for the freshers who are from top colleges.But make no mistake time will come and this will grow.If you are thinking then definitely go fo it.
