Sorry, but your question is not clear. Kindly restructure your question and mention whether you have got 23 marks as a whole in 9th class final exams in a subject or as an aggregate of all subjects. 9th class final exams are conducted by the school itself. To pass in a particular subject or as a whole too, you need to score 33% out of 100%.
