Yes you will be required to study 5-6 hours on daily basis as guided you on your previous query for the same.

Sandwich course is where you complete B.E in 5 years with more emphasis on practical training and less of theory than normal course. this is not in all colleges.
It is available in Anna university.

You can choose either. Though if you can afford then go for 5 years course.
