Admission to Medical courses is on the basis of NEET UG entrance exam. You will have to appear for the NEET exam for admission to Medical, Dental and AYUSH courses.
Application form for the NEET exam will release on November 1, 2018.

And, Manipal Academy of Higher Education (formerly known as Manipal University) has released MET 2019 application form. MET 2019 (earlier known as MU OET) is a national level entrance exam and is conducted for B.Tech admissions.
In the course selection option, you must specify the course which you wish to apply for.
