Thiagarajar school of Management is an average college. Placements are definitely there but companies don't provide very high packages as compared to tier 1 or tier 2 colleges of India. So you'll definitely have to perform very well in order to land onto a good job. 

Moreover most of the companies have their policies where they require a minimum of 60% throughout your academic career. So it's necessary for you to maintain that.
