Every college has different structure of fee system.
Usually college take three types of fees.

First is institutional fees, second is hostel fees and third is mess. These three comprises of full course fee of any college.

Before joining any college whether government or private. Keep in mind to check the course fee before you proceed with any counseling .
Additionally colleges also take registration fees during the counseling which they will tell you in detail through email,when you apply for the college.
