Look, In India, Comparatively, you will get a lot of job opportunities for computer science than Chemical engineering. However, you should note that computer/IT engineering is stark different from chemical engineering. So it’s really a question on which one you like the most. 

It’s better to decide on whichever you enjoy the most, you don’t want to spend four years stuck on doing things you don’t like and a lifetime on a job you despise.
