Hii!
As you have tagged data science and statistics in the question, so I assume you want to get into those courses after class 12th. See, the admission process of different colleges and universities are different. Some provide merit based admission, whereas most of the Universities provide admission on the basis of score in entrance exam conducted by them.
So, with 83% marks, you may get a college based on cutoff if it's merit based admission, or apply for entrance exam in the universities you wish to join for the courses. Some of the good universities and colleges across India for either of the two courses are -
* NIMAS, Kolkata
* Navrachna university, Vadodara
* Jain university, Bangalore
* Punjab University, Patiala
* Amity University, Mumbai
* IIMT University, Meerut
* Ferguson college, Pune
* Hindu college, Delhi
Etc.,
Hope this helps.
Good luck!
