The certificate that you need to upload should be of similar format as available in the information bulletin of NEET UG 2022. If your OBC-NCL certificate is of similar format and also it has been issued on or after January 1st, 2022 then you can definitely upload but if any of the above case fails then you should upload the self declaration and get a new OBC-NCL certificate issued in the similar format as available in the information bulletin.
NOTE :--- OBC-NCL certificate that is to be uploaded in the NEET UG 2022 application form, should have been issued on or after January 1st 2022 according to the latest guidelines of Government of India. In case you fail to upload it (issued on or after January 1st, 2022) at the time of registration then the OBC candidate has to upload a declaration [Declaration in Lieu of OBC-NCL Certificate as per Appendix - XB in Information bulletin] to that effect. Visit http://www.ncbc.nic.in for the latest guidelines and updates on the Central List of State-wise OBCs.
