Yes,many colleges of different states will be taking admission only on the basis of NEET SCORE,for example-madhya pradesh,haryana,himachal etc but condition is that you will not need domicile if you become eligible & apply for admission under 15% seats,incase if you want to take admission in 85% seats than you will need domicile of that particular state in which you wish to apply
