Hello Dear,

Almost all states has bond Nowadays. There is very severe short-fall of trained doctors in rural parts of India. Government took some initiatives in order to make services of trained doctors available in rural parts. So, respective state governments made provision that MDS /MBBS/BDS students studying in the their institutes will sign a bond accepting that after completing their degree they will serve in the rural areas of the state or they will pay a certain amount as fine.
