Components of computer is a very basic concept. It includes hardware components such as IO devices(keyboard, monitor, mouse), motherboard, USB ports, driver devices etc. This concept is not studied as a separate subject, but rather, brushed up during the first few classes. The important subjects you will study in CSE course are:

• Programming (in C, and object oriented languages)
• Data Strucutres
• Operating Systems
• Software Engineering
• Algorithms
• Data Comminication and Computer Networks
• Computer organization and architecture
• Theorey of Computations
• Database Management systems

There are also other less important subjects like discrete mathematics, Digital electronics etc. and electives too.
