It's not showing individual score cards. Most sites had announced that individual score cards will be available. That is the practice in all examinations. However AIIMS only published merit list sorted by rank and by roll no. Those not on the merit list have no clue on their score. 

Hey you can visit the official website of AIIMS from where you registered also . From there , just login to your portal . There , you will find a results tab . After openkng that tab , you can get your individual score card.
