Shivaji University, Kolhapur offers various law programmes at the postgraduate and doctoral levels to students. The PG Law Department was established in the year 2000. Besides the regular faculty, the distinguished members of teaching faculties in the affiliated law colleges, lawyers and judicial officers are associated with the department of law at Shivaji University, Kolhapur as the visiting faculty. The department right now offers the following programmes namely, LLM, PhD in Law, and a number of Post Graduate Diploma and Certificate courses.
