It won't affect much but you should have been careful while marking on the omr sheet .But still ,your roll no is assigned with a specific barcode on the omr sheet ,so the invigilator would rectify it once the paper was submitted because he/she crosschecks after examination.

See these small negligencies can become a major problem if not cured as early as possible. If the roll now. are counter checked when u will go for ur admissions then u might face problems. 

So it's my advice to u to contact the concerned authority as soon as possible to correct this fault as it might effect u badly in the admission procedure.
