As per eligibility criteria of NEET 2020, candidates need to attain 17 years age by 31st December of 2020, and in your case, you shall attain it by July, 2020.

So, this definitely makes you eligible for NEET 2020.

Apart, from the age criteria,following requirements too are to be met-

Candidate needs to pass 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects. Those, having Biology as an additional subject are too eligible to apply.

Final year candidates are also eligible to apply.

NEET eligibility is based on PCB aggregate against each category mentioned below-
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%
PWD - 45%

There's no upper age limit for NEET, hence no restriction in terms of appearing for this exam.
