As you have not mentioned from which board you beling from . That's why it would be tough to tell the weightage of chapters in physics   . Further you have also not mentioned for which exam you exam your are asking for inter physics chapter wise weightage because different exams covers different chapter wise weightage . So first of all do mention your board of council from which belong if you are asking your question for boards otherwise mention your entrance exam for which you are asking .
