Since you have paid your exam fee (even with a late penalty), you can take the English practical exam. For final IPE students, there is an extra Rs 100 fee for the English practical, so make sure it is included in your payment. Check your hall ticket for the date and confirm the schedule with your college. Paying late does not stop you from taking the exam.
