In the counseling process of TS EAMCET 2019, if you are allotted a seat in some university/ institution in the first round of counseling and you choose to accept it by depositing the seat acceptance fee then that seat is confirmed for you and then if you also want to take part in the subsequent rounds of counseling then you have to fill up and accept the upgradation form which allows you to take part in further rounds of counseling.

Now if you don't choose to accept the seat allotted to you in the next round then you can go for admission in the college where you were allotted a seat in the previous round.
