There are only few colleges that provide the course of BA(H) in English in IPU and due to this very fact there is a small intake of students. Since you are an outside Delhi candidate with no reservation at all it is very difficult to make a cut at your rank. Still you can give it a shot as you never know sometimes there are vacant seats in the spot round.

The seats for BA English Hons are limited. They have around 120 seats in VIPS and FIMT only in Delhi. The students from Delhi region are given the priority as they have 85% seats reserved for the Delhi students. So I am sorry to say that you have very less chance of getting a seat. Getting a seat is nearly to impossible with this rank.
