Hello Aspirant,

PUC Karnataka and CBSE are almost same from syllabus point of view.Both the boards follow the same books that is NCERT.However the difference arises in the question setting board,both of them have different question setting board.On the basis of difficulty relatively PUC is easier as compared to CBSE.
