I am sorry to say that you can not get admission in BHMS.Since 115 in NEET is really a low score, with this mych general category student will not be abke to clear NEET and even if you are in reservation category then also it is not possible for you to get there.

if you are applying under 85% state quota seats then you should score above 320 marks to secure a seat in government BHMS college.
