11th and 12th class are not so much important if you are talking about admission after cracking neet exam because for that your neet score is important but you should have at least that much percentage in class 12th which is required according to the eligibility criteria, while 11th and 12th class are very much important for cracking NEET examination because  entire syllabus is from your class 11th and 12th, you will see some topics more but widely syllabus is from your class 11th and 12th.
