Yes. They matter. Many companies require students to have atleast 65% aggregate in class XII. With 63% aggregate, you will face a lot of challenges when you search for jobs or attend campus placement.


Don worry much about your marks that are already on the paper. Worry about that marks that are yet to come on the paper. :)
