AIIMS never discloses the  marks obtained by any candidate and gives results based on the perecentiles. So there is no one sure about marks required to get admission in AIIMS Delhi or any other AIIMS college.  Analysing the result of students, I guess you need to score at least 140+ for general category, 130+ for obc, and 120+ for SC/ST category to get admissionin AIIMS Delhi.

If you want to get admission in any other AIIMS college you have to score at least 110+ for gen category, 105+ for obc, 95+ for SC/ST.

So I hope you will be able to get a seat with 120 marks.
