No , your subject wise marks is not considered dear , your aggregate marks in your class 12th board examination is considered.

COMEDK UGET eligibility criteria says that, to be eligible  you must have pass your class 12th board examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and must have goat at least 45% in aggregate if you belong to general category for 40% in aggregate if you belong to SC/ST/OBC.

Same is the case with EAMCET,  to  be eligible you need 45% in aggregate if you belong to general category or 40% in aggregate in your class 12th board examination if you belong to OBC/ SC /ST category
