Not only 12th but also you have to study thoroughly the chapters of class 11. NCERT Textbooks of class 11 and 12 are the best books for fundamentals. As NEET is one of the toughest exams and the competition level is high, so you must refer to other books like Biology Vol 1 and Vol 2 by Trueman, Objective Biology by Dinesh etc.
