Is +2 mark is required for jam examination

Hello Aspirant,


Eligibility for JAM Exam: Minimum of 55% aggregate scored in the last qualifying degree or 5.5 CGPA scored out of 10.

Different courses has different compulsory subject requirements. Like Biotechnology need biology compulsory in +2, so check the subject wise compulsory subject in the link mentioned below:

Hello Candidate,

For the JAM examination, the class 12th Board examinations doesn't matter if your were to take admission in IITs/NITs through JAM, as the only thing which they look for is your undergraduate percentage, which must be above 55% for Gen Category, and 50% for Reserved Category such as schedule caste or scheduled tribes.
