In case you haven't freezed any option at all to accept and confirm the allotted seat in the specified period, you will be automatically be considered as a candidate who has "Withdrawn". There can also be a case where you have withdrawn already after allotment. In both of these cases, you will be getting back the amount after the deduction of administration charges that amount to rupees 2000 per counselling round.
