If you meant to ask about the Engineering course fee reimbursement, it is true that once you avail the fee reimbursement you will get the fee reimbursement every year. You need to submit  necessary documents every year for renewal. So that every year you will get the Fee reimbursement. In case if you fail to do that you have to pay the whole amount.
