Hello aspirant.

YES, 570 is okay if you want to get government Medical colleges through NEET UG 2022. For the BC category of students, the cut-off percentile is 40th which means that you need to score approximately 300 or above in order to get admission to MBBS in a government college. for general the NEET cutoff percentile is 50th.
