Hello,

Considering JoSAA 2019 seat allotment, candidates belonging to SC Category with rank below 6000 could secure seats in most of the NITs.So with 70 marks your rank will be above 6000 With such rank you have less chances of getting a seat in CSE in any NITs.Generally cut off for CSE branch will be very less. So it will be helpful if you score in between 180-200 to get a good rank which will increase the chance of getting a seat in CSE in NITs.
