Look every college nowadays has started taking counseling fees, so that they could provide proper facilities for the counseling venue. Now Counseling fees consist of two parts. First Part is a registration fee and another part is a Kit fee(which they will provide you later). 

Now, If you have attended the counseling with a submission of Rs75000 and then your mind get change afterword so they will refund you the KIT fee and deduct registration fee. Usually, the registration fee is around Rs7000 to Rs10000. So the rest they will refund you within 2-3 days.
