May be this marks enough for ST category students for qualifying and even to get NITs .But this marks is not enough for general catgory students as cutoff marks lies in this range (70-90).But for NITs you have to score higher marks 90 if you comes under genral quota.This marks may be also quite good for SC category students as qualifying marks and for also to get NITs.But for NITs for those students who belong to general category this figure is not good.

It depends on what you're aiming for. If you just want to clear the exam, then you just might, the cutoffs will be released by NTA by the end of January. However, you may not secure a seat in the NITs, it depends on your rank. You could refer this link to get an accurate estimate of your rank:
