Hi,
Look CV generally matters if you want a  job in a company or a good internship. If you really want to improve your CV then study hard and get admission in a good college and try to take part in as many college committees and other programs .
It will definately improve your CV because it is what really matters for getting a job , so try to take part in extracurricular activities . It will boost your confidence and will also help you will giving interviews.
And find your interests like for singing , dancing , debate , sports, etc. If you really focus on one thing  then your chances of winning a event or competition will generally increase and enhance your CV.
