As you have asked for if the Aakash coaching institute study material is sufficient for you so no mount of study material is sufficient while you have to practice a lot of MCQs and you have to solve previous year questions. Although Aakash study material are really good and the questions that they provide in the end of the chapter solve as many as MCQ as you can because that will help you to obtain marks. While no amount of study material is sufficient for any kind of entrance exam , do practice NCERT  for all the subjects. I hope this was helpful to you..

Coaching material are good but not sufficient if you want good rank in neet. So I'll suggest you to complete your coaching materials but also the books recommended in the link you don't have to solve all the books you can go for theory books and if necessary numerical books
