You haven't mentioned the name of the college or course you are interested in but i am assuming it's mbbs or bds as only those courses haven't started till now. Mbbs first round of counselling is done and the classes have been started in some colleges since 15th Feb 2022, however second and third round of counselling are yet to start, the second round of counselling had to be started by 18th of Feb.
