Hi aspirant, 
The academic year for b. Sc has already started in many colleges but you can try for admission in low order colleges or colleges which have vacant seat with your hsc mark.  You can try to apply for colleges where the counselling process for colleges is still on.  Anyways you can try your chances by finding colleges which still has vacant seats available for the particular course.
BE CONFIDENT AND TRY FOR YOUR CHANCES.
