Yes, it is open for students from any states in ESIC college but only for those students who have IP ward certificate and who fulfill other criteria to get admission in esic college.

So if your parents are ESIC employees and you have IP ward certificate then you can also participate in counselling. There are total 9 ESIC medical College having total around 380 seats in all these college.
