No it is not equal to 12th class. There are many colleges providing this course and eligibility varies in all.

Yes its not equivalent to any diploma in engineering courses, i got this answer by RTI act. Its main is only generate employable skills, its not valid for govt. Sector jobs. So guys if you want to join in govt organization then dont go for this ADTDM course
